About Stitch FX

History: Stitch FX (pronounced "Stitch Effects") opened its first retail location in January of 2003. Prior to that, Shawn Capallia was doing business as Stitch FX from his home and as a contractor for/at another embroidery company in Destin, Florida. Shawn has been in the embroidery industry since 1992. Until recently, Shawn specialized in doing sub-contract embroidery design work for half a dozen other embroidery companies.
Today:

Stitch FX is a growing and thriving embroidery and monogramming company. Our focus is on delivering superior quality and service in a timely manner. We specialize in the "little-guy," by helping small businesses develop a professional image with custom embroidered apparel. Our customers include Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers, Galati Yacht Sales, and Beal's Landscaping, among many others. Stitch FX is owned and operated by Shawn Capallia and his wife "Than."
Location: Stitch FX is located at 176-B Eglin Parkway NE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. Stitch FX shares the parking lot with K-Mart and shares the building with Maison Le Cel (art framing) and Bellissimo Pasta and Pizza.

From Niceville take Hwy 85 (Eglin Pkwy) south. We are about 100 yds past the Cinco Bayou Bridge on the right just before K-Mart.

From Hwy 98: Take Hwy 85 (Eglin Pkwy) north. Turn Left into the K-Mart parking lot then make an immediate right. If you get to the Cinco Bayou Bridge, you've gone too far.

Prices

Custom Logo Set-up: We have a one-time, minimum fee of $30 for custom embroidery set-up (i.e. custom logos). Please contact us for a quote. Submit your logo in ".jpg, .gif, or .tif" formats when making your inquiry.
Merchandise Prices: Prices in our catalog do not include embroidery, whereas prices on pages that allow you to "add to cart" do include embroidery. We add $4 to the catalog price for left chest embroidery designs up to 10,000 stitches.
Add $3 for each additional embroidered location. For example: opposite chest names or sleeve embroidery.

Add $6 for Jacket Back or Full Chest embroidery.
Embroidery on customer owned items: Left-chest logos start at $6.
Each additional embroidered location is $3.
Jacket Back or Full Chest Embroidery starts at $10.
All prices are based on 10,000 stitch designs. Additional charges may apply for designs greater than 10,000 stitches. (The average left-chest design has about 6,000 stitches)

Policies

Delivery:

We ship UPS ground or USPS.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 weeks of receiving them.

Please allow up to 3 weeks before inquiring about the status of an order.

Returns / Refunds:

Please inspect all items before washing or wearing.

Claims must be made in writing within 10 working days of your receipt of goods.

We make every effort to satisfy our customers. In event we make a mistake on our part, we will refund your money up to 100% of the purchase price including shipping.

All items must be returned in order to receive a full refund.

 Insure that spelling and grammar are correct.

Refer to the "Spec Sheets" on the product pages for sizing information.
